用戶行為規範
用戶在使用聊天平臺時，必須遵守法律法規，不得發布或傳播含有違法內容的信息，如淫穢、色情、賭博、暴力、兇殺、恐怖等，也不得從事相關行為。
隱私保護
公司非常重視用戶個人信息的保護，將按照相關法律法規及《隱私政策》的規定收集、使用、儲存和分享用戶個人信息。用戶有權訪問、更正、刪除自己的個人信息，並在必要時撤回同意或註銷賬戶。
第三方服務
在使用聊天平臺中第三方提供的產品或服務時，用戶除遵守平臺的基礎條款外，還應遵守第三方的用戶協議。公司和第三方對可能出現的糾紛在法律規定和約定的範圍內各自承擔責任。
服務中斷與責任限製
由於互聯網服務的特性，用戶使用聊天平臺可能會受到不穩定因素的影響，如不可抗力、計算機病毒、黑客攻擊、系統不穩定等，公司不承擔由此造成的服務中斷或不能滿足用戶要求的風險。
知識產權保護
用戶在使用聊天平臺時，不得侵犯他人的知識產權，包括但不限於版權、商標權等。用戶發布的信息內容侵犯他人版權的，聊天室管理人員將根據相關法律法規處理。
賬號與密碼安全
用戶應妥善保管自己的賬號和密碼，因保管不善導致的賬號被盜或密碼失竊，責任由用戶自行承擔。
未成年人使用
未成年人使用聊天平臺應在法定監護人的陪同下閱讀並遵守相關條款，公司非常重視對未成年人個人信息的保護。
爭議解決
用戶和公司之間發生任何糾紛或爭議，應首先友好協商解決。協商不成的，用戶同意將糾紛或爭議提交公司所在地法院管轄。
用戶應了解，本服務中可能包含由AI生成的內容，但公司不保證這些內容的準確性和可信度。
用戶不得利用本服務誘導AI生成任何不良信息，包括但不限於虛假信息、誹謗性內容、淫穢或違法信息。
公司有權對違反上述規定的用戶采取措施，包括但不限於警告、限製或終止服務使用。
我們保留根據自身判斷對任何違反本條款的行為采取措施的權利，包括但不限於封禁用戶賬戶。
在必要時，我們無需事先通知用戶或解釋具體違規原因，即可采取上述措施。
一旦賬戶被封禁，用戶將無法繼續使用本服務，且無權要求退款。
我們不保證聊天數據的永久存儲。用戶應自行負責備份重要數據。
雲端儲存的數據有存儲期限，公司有權在必要時清理聊天數據。
公司不對聊天數據的丟失或損壞承擔任何賠償責任。
我們提供的AI模型列表可能會根據實際情況隨時調整，不保證任何特定AI模型的長期可用性。
用戶應理解並接受，由於技術更新或業務需要，某些AI模型可能會被替換或移除。
本條款的任何修改或更新，我們將通過適當的方式通知用戶。用戶繼續使用本服務即表示接受修改後的條款。
如果用戶不同意本條款的任何內容，應立即停止使用本服務。

Welcome to the social chat platform provided by Cpub LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By registering, logging in, or using the Service, you are required to carefully read and agree to the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). The Terms constitute a complete agreement between you and Cpub LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Company").
User Behavior Guidelines
Users must comply with laws and regulations when using the chat platform and must not post or spread illegal information, such as obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murder, or terror-related content, nor engage in such activities.
Privacy Protection
The Company places great emphasis on protecting users' personal information and will collect, use, store, and share user information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, correct, delete their personal information, and withdraw consent or deactivate accounts when necessary.
Third-Party Services
When using products or services provided by third parties through the chat platform, users must comply with the third-party user agreements in addition to the platform's basic terms. The Company and third parties shall bear their respective responsibilities for disputes within the scope prescribed by law and agreements.
Service Interruption and Liability Limitation
Due to the nature of internet services, users may encounter instability when using the chat platform due to factors such as force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, or system instability. The Company does not bear the risks caused by such service interruptions or failure to meet user expectations.
Intellectual Property Protection
Users must not infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademark rights. If a user posts content that infringes on others’ copyrights, the chat room administrators will handle it according to relevant laws and regulations.
Account and Password Security
Users should properly safeguard their accounts and passwords. Any losses resulting from poor account or password management are the user's responsibility.
Use by Minors
Minors should read and comply with relevant terms under the supervision of their legal guardians. The Company pays great attention to protecting the personal information of minors.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or controversy between users and the Company, both parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, users agree to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
Users should be aware that the Service may contain AI-generated content, but the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such content.
Users must not use the Service to induce AI to generate harmful information, including but not limited to false information, defamatory content, obscene or illegal information.
The Company reserves the right to take actions against users who violate the above provisions, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, or termination of service.
We reserve the right to take measures against any behavior that violates the Terms based on our judgment, including but not limited to account bans.
When necessary, we may take the above measures without prior notice to users or explanations for specific violations.
Once an account is banned, users will be unable to continue using the Service and have no right to request refunds.
We do not guarantee the permanent storage of chat data. Users are responsible for backing up important data.
Cloud-stored data has a retention period, and the Company reserves the right to clean up chat data when necessary.
The Company does not bear any compensation responsibility for the loss or damage of chat data.
The list of AI models we provide may be adjusted at any time based on actual situations, and we do not guarantee the long-term availability of any specific AI model.
Users should understand and accept that due to technical updates or business needs, some AI models may be replaced or removed.
Any modifications or updates to the Terms will be notified to users through appropriate channels. Users' continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
If users disagree with any content in the Terms, they should immediately stop using the Service.
The Terms are effective from the first use of the Service by the user and will remain in force during the user's use of the Service. Users are advised to review the Terms regularly for updated information.
